ZERO REAL ESTATE HOTEL : L'hotel totalmente Plein Air 

Hai mai ascoltato Gino Paoli mentre cantava il cielo in una stanza? 

Se si, sappi che grazie al nuovo concept Null Stern ( l’unica stella sei tu ),   puoi alloggiare nel cielo in una stanza, una stanza molto particolare, perchè non ha pareti e tanto meno soffitti. 

L’hotel svizzero a 5 stelle si chiama Zero Real Estate e si trova sulle montagne, un nuovo modo di vivere l’outdoor grazie  a Frank, Patrik Riklin e  Daniel Charbonnier, potrai alloggiare in 7 suite diverse, con panorami unici e totalmente a contatto con la natura. 

Le suite sono ben distanti l’una dall’altra, per poter garantire la miglior privacy, hanno design differenti, dalla più rustica alla più asettica, potrai godere di un maggiordomo privato, il prezzo della camera si aggira sui 230 euro a notte.  Avrai a disposizione un letto matrimoniale, due comodini e la colazione servita a letto. 

L’hotellerie Null Stern, guarda il landscape come il protagonista principale del servizio fornito, niente vasche idromasaggio, aria condizionata, ma un paesaggio unico tra vigneti, alpi ed alberi, che sono ciò di cui potrai godere maggiormente. 

L’hotel è chiuso nei periodi invernali, visto le peculiarità delle stanze senza soffitti e pareti.  

Sicuramente è un luogo dove dover alloggiare almeno una notte nella vita, per poter godere di un cielo stellato, respirare aria di montagna, svegliarsi immersi nel verde e riflettere su un modo di vivere sempre più ecosostenibile. 

Ringraziamo quindi Frank e Patrik Riklin, che hanno ideato questa iniziativa. Ricordiamo che entrambi gli artisti concettuali, avevano già aperto un hotel in un ex bunker nuclear a Teufen. 

Ora hanno intenzione di allagare il loro hotel in diverse zone svizzere, con il sostegno degli uffici turistici locali, per concedere a più persone questa splendida outdoor experience.

Have you ever listened to Gino Paoli singing “ il cielo in una stanza“ ?

If yes, know that thanks to the new Null Stern concept (the only star is you), you can stay in the sky in a room, a very special room, because it has no walls and much less ceilings.

The 5-star Swiss hotel is called Zero Real Estate and is located in the mountains, a new way of experiencing the outdoors thanks to Frank, Patrik Riklin and Daniel Charbonnier, you can stay in 7 different suites, with unique views and totally in contact with nature.

The suites are well distant from each other, in order to guarantee the best privacy, they have different designs, from the most rustic to the most aseptic, you can enjoy a private butler, the room price is around 230 euros per night.

You will have a double bed, two bedside tables and breakfast served in bed.

The Null Stern hotel, looks at the landscape as the main protagonist of the service provided, no whirlpool tubs, air, but a unique landscape between vineyards, alps and trees, which are what you can enjoy the most.

The hotel is closed in winter, due to the peculiarities of the rooms without ceilings and walls.

It is certainly a place where you have to stay at least one night in your life, to be able to enjoy a starry sky, breathe mountain air, wake up surrounded by greenery and reflect on an increasingly eco-sustainable way of life.

We therefore thank Frank and Patrik Riklin, who created this initiative. Recall that both conceptual artists had already opened a hotel in a former nuclear bunker in Teufen.

Now they plan to flood their hotel in several parts of Switzerland, with the support of local tourist offices, to give more people this wonderful outdoor experience.
